What happens to what you send me.

If you complete the tour form I receive your name, phone number, email address, the plot you selected and anything you write in the message field. That is the whole list.

What I do with it

I reply to you. That is the only purpose. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not run automated follow-up sequences, and I do not sell, rent or share your details with developers, architects, brokers or anybody else.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years, because buyers on this coast routinely come back after eighteen months. Ask me to delete yours sooner and I will, the same day, and confirm it in writing.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not fingerprint or track you between sites. It tells me how many people read a page. It does not tell me who they are.
